Q1. How long do orders take to deliver?

Orders from our standard cctv product range will be despatched on receipt of a payment and will usually reach the customer no later than 2 working days (48hrs), subject to stock levels and carrier services.

Our carrier is APC Overnight  www.apc-overnight.com

Q2. How much is your delivery charge?

The delivery charge is calculated by the weight of the items ordered, this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you.(eg: between 10kg and 15kgs ~ £15.00 + vat)

Q4. On what basis do you return goods?

Unwanted goods can be returned for refund (subject to a handling change) if unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Q5. How do customers return damaged goods?

If goods are damaged on receipt, inform the carrier and refuse to sign for the goods and the carrier will return the goods to CCTVDIRECT. if goods are found faulty after receipt contact CCTVDIRECT on 01748 811900

Q6. How are payments refunded to customers for returned goods?

Refunds are given by credit or debit cards and a credit receipt will be posted. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by Company cheque.

Q7. What warranties or guarantees are provided with the goods?

All CCTV goods supplied are covered by a 12 month 'Return to Base Warranty'. CCTVDIRECT reserve the right to replace or repair faulty goods.

Q8. If i want to pay by cheque?

Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Respectway Ltd and send to the contact address (found on the contact us page) together with your order and you contact details.
